Goff, Irving R., 83, died Friday, March 28, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Bernice J. (Howrigan) Goff and son of the late John and Marion (Smith) Goff.
Mr. Goff was a letter carrier for 30 years and was the former owner of West Shore Laundry. He served with the US Army in the Korean War and was a member of the Masons, Nathaniel Greene Lodge. He leaves three sons, Jay T. Goff, Roger W. Goff and his wife Mary, and Jeffrey A. Goff; brother of John H. Goff, the late Elmer Goff, Grace Roaks, Eunice Collins and Carolyn Davis; also survived by six grandchildren.
His funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. Burial in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Visiting hours Wednesday, 4-8 pm.
