Scott W. Hancock, 33, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2014. Born in Warwick, he was the beloved son of William L. and Donna L. (Ross) Hancock; brother of Christopher Hancock; nephew of Nancy and Wayne Bertrand, and Chuck Ross; cousin of Sheleen and Wayne Bertrand and little Jeremy; grandson of the late Alice and Charles Ross.
His funeral service will be held Saturday, March 1 at 10 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave. Burial will be in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Visiting hours Friday 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Scott W. Hancock Memorial Fund, c/o 109 Uphill Avenue, Warwick, RI 02886, will be appreciated.
