MOORE, CLARA LORRAINE 76, of Greene, ME. Born in West Warwick, daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine Frates, passed away on February 12 at her son’s home in Bossier City, LA, surrounded by loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Edward Frates, and grandson Rocco Kuhn.
Lorraine was a self employed medical transcriptionist. Sher served in the woman’s air force and reserves and loved her country. She was full of life and laughter and always ready for a new adventure. Those who knew her even briefly were touched by her wit and humor. She was a devout Christian who loved helping those in need. She was a loving sister, aunt, Grandma/Oma and most of all, devoted mother and father to three sons. Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memories include sons, Michael A. Moore and wife Suzanne, Arlie B. “Chip” Moore of Greene, ME, and Gary S. and wife Lawanda Moore of Bossier City, LA; three sisters Norma Andre, Carol Muschiano, Vivian Verhost; four grandchildren, Lisa Moore, Diana Trahan, Gary Kuhn, and Jesse Moore; four great grandchildren, May and Aric Trahan, Caleb and Silas Kuhn, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at 10am and memorial service at 11am on Friday, march 7, 2014 at Christian Hill Community Church, West Warwick with Pastor David LaChance officiating.
