Committal Service with Military Honors
Saturday, November 23, 2013 following 10:30am service in The Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home (Section 19 Lot 19 Grave 2)
PRATT, ESTHER 89, of Warwick, passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2013. She was the wife of the late Howard E. Pratt. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John and Lizette (Barker) Gaw.
She was a Coast Guard veteran of World War II. She had lived most of her life in Warwick. Esther was involved with the Eastern Star. She leaves her extended family at West Bay Retirement Living and her dear friend Barbara Brandt.
A service will be held Saturday at 10:30am in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95). Burial with military honors will be in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Relatives and friends are invited. Visitation will be 9:30-10:30am, prior to the service.
