LINGLEY, FRANCES C., 79 passed away July 9, 2013. She was the wife of the late Keith Lingley. Born in Ft. Pierce, FL she was a daughter of the late Leonard and Addie (Holmes) Emerson.
Mrs. Lingley was a hand weaver for 35 years, a US Navy veteran and a member of Quidnessett Baptist Church. She is survived by three sons; Allen K. and his wife Patricia, Russell E. and W. Bart Lingley. She was the sister of the late Thomas Emerson. Her funeral and burial will be private.
