Haid, Rose Ann, (McGloin), 93, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Home. She was the wife of the late Clifton W. Haid and a daughter of the late Peter and Catherine (Shea) McGloin.
Mrs. Haid was employed with the Speidel Corp. for 15 years before retiring in 1980. She is survived by one son, Robert C. Haid and his wife, Jean; one daughter, Patricia M. Haid; one grandson, Christopher A. Haid and his wife, Christa, and three great grandchildren, Carter, Brennan, and Camden Haid. She was the sister of the late William, Lawrence, Peter, Thomas, Martin and John McGloin, Mae McElroy and Agnes Clancy.
Her funeral will be held Friday, March 15 at 9 am from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Gregory the Great Church, Cowesett Road at 10 am. Burial will be in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Visiting hours Thursday 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Elizabeth Home, 1 St. Elizabeth Way, East Greenwich, RI 02818, will be appreciated.
