HOSLEY, JAMES R. III, died March 10th at Rhode Island Hospital with family and friends by his side. Jay is survived by his wife, Jo-ann and 2 children. A son James R. Hosley 4th and his wife Sheryl (dee) Hosley and a daughter Joy R. Hosley, all of Warwick.
He was poppy to 5 grandchildren, Alex, James R. 5th and Arron Hosley, Bryan F. Jr. and Cheyla M. Denton. He is also survived by his mother Eileene Osborne of East Providence and his brother Jeffrey Hosley of Massachusetts. He was the son of the late James R. Hosley Jr. Jay worked at R.I. Hospital for 26 years before retiring in 2005.
Contributions may be made in his name to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. At the request of the family funeral services will be private.
