Calvin K. Goding “Cal”, 82, of Royer Street, Cranston RI, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2012 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI.
He was married for thirty-six years to Louise M. (Parillo) Goding, and also to the late Gig (Slade) Goding. He was born in Lynchburg, VA, the son of the late Herbert and Elsie (Sisk) Goding.
He was a Quality Engineer for General Electric in Providence RI for thirty-eight years until retiring in 1989.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his children Craig, Lynn Gilleney, Lauren Johnson and Glen. Stepfather of Joe Parillo and Susan Jones. Grandfather and great-grandfather of his extended and loving family. Brother of the late Cliff and Len. Cal will be sadly missed but always remembered in our hearts.
Funeral and burial are private and under the direction of Gorton-Menard Funeral Home & Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI.
