Adamo, Andrea L., (McGrath), 67, died Saturday, January 21, 2012 surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of Robert F. Adamo for 43 years.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Edmond F. and Mary Dorothy (Ware) McGrath, she had been a Warwick resident for 28 years. Mrs. Adamo was employed with the RI Economic Development Corp. in Human Resources for more than 30 years. She had formerly worked at the Providence Journal.
She was the beloved mother of Kristen L. Adamo and Robert F. Adamo, II; and sister of Robert, E. Michael, Thomas, William, and John McGrath.
Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9 am from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Timothy Church, Warwick Ave. Burial will be in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-7 pm.
