Kenneth F. Huling, Sr., 85, entered into glory on Thursday, October 11, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Phyllis L. (Worden) Huling, to whom he was married for 60 years.
Born in North Kingstown, he was a son of the late William A. Huling and Maude (Keene) Huling.
Mr. Huling was an Appliance Technician with Whirpool Appliances for many years until his retirement. He loved the Lord and was an active member of Exeter Chapel. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during WWII.
Besides his wife, he leaves his three children: Nancy Brewer and her husband Dr. Glenn Brewer of North Kingstown, Kenneth F. Huling, Jr. and his wife Laurie of Newbury, NH, and Glenn Huling of North Kingstown. Cherished grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He was the brother of the late William A. Huling, Jr., Madeline Gifford, and Eleanor Case.
His Funeral Service will be held Monday, October 15, 2012 at 11:00 am in Exeter Chapel, 765 Ten Rod Road, Exeter. Burial will follow in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Sunday from 3:00 to 6:00 pm in THE CRANSTON-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME of WICKFORD, 140 West Main Street, Wickford Village, North Kingstown.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in his memory to Exeter Chapel will be appreciated.
