CLIFFORD, Ralph A., 82, of Osprey Dr., passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Saint Elizabeth Home surrounded by his loving family.  He was the husband of the late Frances (Richards) Clifford.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Ralph and Esther (Norton) Clifford.  He grew up in Cranston and moved to Coventry in the early 1960′s.

A machinist by trade, Ralph was the owner of Redcliff Industries in Warwick for over 20 years.  He enjoyed boating, tuna fishing, woodworking and spending time in New Hampshire with his family where they enjoyed snowmobiling.  He was also an avid Patriots and Red Sox fan.

He is survived by his loving children, Kevin F. Fraser and his wife Cynthia of Lyman, NH and Judith A. (Fraser) Cady and her husband Richard Jr. of Coventry; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  He was the brother of the late Doris Campbell and Marilyn Lukowicz.  He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Gathering for Ralph on Wednesday from 10:00-11:00 am  in the R. A. IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St. (Rte. 117), Coventry.  Interment will follow in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown.  Visiting hours Tuesday from 4-7 pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Saint Elizabeth Home, One Saint Elizabeth Way, East Greenwich, RI 02818 would be appreciated.
