Catherine M., age 66, of Warwick, died at home on Tuesday, January 24, 2012. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Americo D. and Angela (Lisa) DiManna, she lived in Warwick for most of her life. She was a graduate of Providence College.
She is survived by two sisters, Barbara A. Scanlon and her husband Mark, of Coventry, and Marianne Combies and her husband William, of Warwick; her nieces and nephews, Bethany Collins, Matthew Scanlon, Rachel Scanlon, Kristen Scanlon, Adam Combies, Sarah Combies, and Courtney Sheehan; and her grand-nephews and grand-niece, Joshua, Jackson, Madison, and Jameson. She was the sister of the late Christine A. Tonderys.
Her funeral and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Rhode Island Breast Cancer Coalition (RIBCC), 716 Center of New England Blvd., Suite 245, Coventry, RI 02816, or VNA of Care New England Hospice, 51 Health Lane, Warwick, RI 02886.
