Elizabeth J. (Records) Hendrick, 89, of Exeter, died peacefully at her daughter’s home on Friday, November 18, 2011. Born in South Kingstown, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence Records and Alzada (Arnold) Records. She was the wife of the late Paul J. Hendrick.

Mrs. Hendrick was the Secretary & Treasurer of Exeter Country Club and was the co-owner of Hendrick Real Estate. She was a trained Dietician and a graduate of URI Foods & Nutrition Division. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Wickford, a former member of the Lafayette Advent Church of North Kingstown, Sigma Kappa Sorority of URI, and a member of the Society for Preservation of Old Mills. She was an avid gardener and loved to go antiquing with her daughter and granddaughter. She was the mother of the late Jeffrey P. Hendrick. Loving sister of Patricia Curry of North Kingstown, Austin Records of Exeter, Harry Records of Exeter, David Records of Maui, HI, and the late Grace Fulford, Loring H. Records, and Nancy Allen. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer Hendrick McCrory, Jason Hendrick, Jaime Jacob, all of Exeter, Heather Jacob Turkel of West Newbury, MA, Leah Carter Dunkle, Casey Carter Fortier, Kelli Carter Ormsby, all of Colorado, Paul J. Hendrick of New Orleans, LA, Andrew Hendrick of Cranston, RI, Melanie Hendrick of Washington, D.C., and 12 great-grandchildren.
