FOGELL, CHARLES A. JR., 75, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Doris “Dolly” Fogell. Charles was born in Providence on April 23, 1937, a son of the late Charles and Bertha (Powers) Fogell.
He was employed by the City of Providence and the Narragansett Bay Commission for 37 years. He was a member of Local 1033. Charles was an avid NASCAR fan.
Besides his wife he is survived by three sons and their wives: Charles E. and Kim of Warwick, James T. and Bonnie of East Greenwich and Michael P. and Janine of Warwick; four loving grandchildren: Kimberly, Alicia, Andrew and Charles J.; two great grandchildren: Austin and Zackary; one brother, Robert, of Naples, FL and one sister, Deborah Marsocci of Warwick.
Calling hours will be held Thursday from 5-8 PM at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home & Crematory, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick. Funeral service and burial private.
