MORGAN, THOMAS R. of Sargent Street passed away Saturday, October 20, 2012 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late James L. Morgan & Ruth G. (Rockwell) Morgan and lived in Greenville until 1980. Tom worked for almost 27 years for Northeast Orthotics & Prosthetics in Providence.
Tom was the loving husband of Georgette (Bernache) Morgan and loving father of Ian T. Morgan of Alexandria, VA, Philip T. Morgan of Warwick, RI, and A1C Emily J. Morgan of San Antonio, TX. He is survived by his sister, Pamela J. (Morgan) Caron.
His funeral will be held Wednesday at 11:45 AM from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Service in the Christian Fellowship, 1114 Scituate Ave, Cranston, RI 02921 at 1:00 PM. Burial will be in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Cranston Christian Fellowship Building Fund, 1114 Scituate Ave, Cranston, RI 02921.
