Cranston – Rosalyn (Quinn) McCombe Botham, 79, of Smith Street died Sunday, January 8, 2012 at Kent Hospital in Warwick surrounded by her loving family. Born in Providence she was a daughter of the late Timothy E. and Alice V. (Kelly) Quinn. Mrs. Botham was a communicant of St. Paul’s Church, Edgewood.
Mrs. Botham is survived by sons, William A. McCombe of Block Island, David Botham of Warwick and daughters, Kate M. McCombe of Nantucket, MA, Beth McCombe of Cranston and Lisa A. O’Neill of West Warwick; sister to Timothy E. Quinn of Glendale, AZ and Mary L. Vallerine of Grandview, TX; and seven grandchildren. She is the mother of the late Laurie A. Manton and the sister of the late Robert E. Quinn.
A family prayer service will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 10:30 AM at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home & Crematory, 659 East Greenwich Ave., West Warwick. Inurnment will be in the Garden of Meditation & Prayer Columbarium at Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery in North Kingstown. Donations in her memory may be made to the RI Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
