Robert E. Eddy 91, passed away November 19, 2011. He was the husband of the late Helen (Johnson) Eddy. Born in East Greenwich he was a son of the late Eugene and Roseanna (Roberts) Eddy.
Mr. Eddy was the owner of Middlebridge Inc. in Narragansett for over 50 years. He was a Seabee in the US Navy during WWII and a member of the Seabee Association.
He is survived by a son Robert E. Eddy, Jr. of Narragansett, a daughter Susan Pierce of Mason, NH, three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Eugene Eddy, Nancy Gammino and Roseanna Peterson.
The funeral and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island, 1085 North Main St., Providence RI 02904.
