Saturday, September 24, 2011 following 11:00am funeral in the R.A. Iannotti Funeral Home (Section 74 Lot 23 Grave 3)

MALPINO, JUNE L., 56, passed away at Women & Infants Hospital on Monday, September 19, 2011. Born in Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Angelo and Inez (Wilson) Malpino.

June resided in Arizona for 20 years. Employed by the Grand Canyon Association as an Operations Manager. Returning to Rhode Island 14 years ago, she earned an Accounting Degree from CCRI. June later became store manager for the Ecotarium in Worcester, and was currently employed with the North Kingstown School Department as an Account Receivables Clerk, a position June truly enjoyed. She also loved to travel, read, and spend time with her family.

June was a very special person and will be forever missed. Leaving behind sisters Jeanne Shirley (Richard), Joanne Malpino, Judith Anderson and her brother, Joseph Malpino (Deborah). She was aunt to Pamela and Scott Shirley, Emily and James Malpino and Alanna Anderson; great-aunt to Phillip Chavers, Megan and Paige Shirley, and to her special little buddy, Charles Angelo Tessitore. She also leaves behind her beloved dog Jamie.

Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 11:00 am in the R. A. IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St. (Rte. 117), Coventry. Interment will follow in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Visiting hours Friday 5-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Women & Infants Development Office, c/o Women & Infants Hospital, 101 Dudley St., Providence, RI 02905 would be appreciated. www.iannottifh.com
