EAST WINDSOR – Elizabeth Ann Birch, 39, of East Windsor, passed away in her home among family and friends after a long and courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, Sept. 5. She was born in Portsmouth, VA. to the late Janet Birch. Beth worked at Eden Autism Services for 11 years as an administrative support associate.
Beth is survived by her daughter Katelin Derr of East Windsor; brothers Bobby (Vickie), Danny (Mary), Ricky, and Glenn (Janet).
Beth changed the lives of everyone she encountered during her journey of life. Her courage and strength were a true testimony to her love of her family, friends and for her faith in Christ.
Life celebration services for family and friends were held at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 177 Princeton-Hightstown Road, Princeton Junction, NJ, on Saturday, at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Beth’s name may be made to the local American Cancer Society or to a charity of choice .
